Shipping Policy

Divas Collection is a drop shipping business, meaning you place your order through us, and we place your order through our vendors in China. 

Processing Times

Processing time for each item differs. For our Diva heels and sunglasses, processing time takes 5-7 business days. Since our Pillow Bags and Tote bags are custom made, they tend to take 7-9 business days to process. 

Shipping Times

Please keep in mind that our products are being shipped directly from China and may take longer than a package within the US. Shipping tends to take an additional 5-14 days. 

Shipping Cost 

We understand how it feels to be waiting for your package, and because of our consideration for the time it takes our shipping is free.

Order Tracking

Once we receive your order, it will be placed with our vendor the following day. It tends to take 5-9 days for processing and you will receive your tracking number as soon as our vendor gives me that information. Each vendor uses a different carrier when shipping, we will also send you the carrier information when sending your tracking
